Hi,
I got a denial notice for my stem extension and the reason was late submission. My EAD card expired on 5/25/16 and they received my application on the 5/26/16.
The letter tells me to file I-290B, notice of appeal or motion. Need some advise on how to tackle this situation and has anyone been through this before and successfully got their OPT extended.
