I-134 Question

I am intending to invite my in-laws on visitor visa.

On "item-9" (previously submitted affidavits) of I-134 - should I mention the affidavits submitted for my spouse H4 visa and green-card petition?

So far, I have not sponsered anybody else on a visitor (non-immigrant) visa before.

Unfortunately, due to my bad record-keeping habits, I do not have records of old I-134 affidavits. I have only provided I-134 affidavits for my spouse H4 and green-card petition. I have never sponsered anybody for a visitor visa.

What are the implications of not specifying previously submitted I-134?
