    Won dv lottery, however never took care of it............

    My wife's aunt wont a dv lottery visa in 1993. However she never went through with till the end. Assming the case is closed. Are there any way to reopen the case again? She wants to go through with it all the way down this time, since my wife just sucessfully received her greencard. Any help would be appreciated

    No, it's not possible. DV lottery gives you the opportunity to apply for a green card in the given timeframe, nothing more.

      You can't claim your million dollar lottery jackpot after 20 years, can you?

        Sadly if that fiscal year is closed and the visa not been delivered,there is no way to re-open the case.
