I am planning to apply for a J1 visa for a short-term training as a J1-Traineer. Would I be able to apply for a B1/B2 (tourist visa) within 2 years of returning back to India after completion of my short-term training in J1 visa. What other visa classes would be restricted by this 2 -year rule and how can I get waiver?
