Hi,
My uncle has applied for an family based immigration visa some years before, and his papers have finally arrived. He paid all the required fees sometime around 25th Aug, 2016. Now he is getting ready to fill up and submit the DS 260 form.
We are a bit delayed because of National holidays for Eid in our country.
I was wondering is there any deadline or time limit before which we must submit the DS 260 form?
