Hi,
I have valid petition for L1 B Individual visa from Jan 2013- 29th Dec 2016. And I got stamped on 20th Sept, 2016. I want to ask few questions:
1) If my company asks me to travel in October 2016, then what will be the duration I would get in i94, will it be only till 29th Dec, 2016 (as per petition date and Visa date) or for next 3/5 years?
2) If my spouse and kid travels in Dec 2016, will they get the same i94 date which I will be getting or will it be different?
