Hi,
My wife is in india and she has a unstamped H1B as she got her visa picked this year only.However my employer doesnt have onsite positions as of now so I am thinking of bringing her here on H4 for few months till she can get her project.
1. Is it possible to change the status to H4 now and going back to H1 after few months.
2. Would that affect her H1B status in anyway.
Note: Her h1b is not stamped.
