My H4 to H1 change of status was filed with premium processing on 9/14/2016 with USCIS. Through the receipt number it shows under processing till date . When I would expect to change that to approved status from USCIS? I had to join my project on 26th sept 2016..Is it possible USCIS will approve before that ?
