Plastic Green Card not received

Hi
I landed to USA Agust the 7th. 2016, and had my passport stamped with (ADIT) stamp for one year. Had to travel for business before I received my plastic green card, now want to return
Is there anything I need to do , or the samp I have in my passport allows me to enter the USA with no problems?
