Hi,
I have a L-1B visa and I am supposed to relocate to US (San Diego) office. As of now for current project work I need to travel to US (Seattle – client location) for approx. 5-6 weeks, on a short term.
I am not sure if this is possible and legal, so wanted to check. Could you please help me in this.
Is it possible for me to travel? Do I have to do any formalities? Is there any restriction for me to travel (w.r.t. location {Seattle vs San Diego})? Is there any restriction for my travel with respect to my salary in US vs India. Do I have to get SSN or anything like that? Would this cause an issue in my relocation (which I am planning to do next year).
I am not sure, what all to ask, so please provide me the details.
