Document and items to carry for L1-B

Hi,

Need advice for L1 B inteview at chennai consulate :

1. Can i carry closed file (leather folder) for original documents and another transparent one for copies

2. Can i take "wallet" along with me,is it allowed inside or have to carry cash and card in pocket ?

3. Is it must to wear tie or formal are okay to go ?
