Hi,
I need help in below situation.
My H1B extension is applied in Jan 2016 and My VISA is expired in AUG 2016. My client is located in 3 different worksites and My employer mentioned the same while filing. Now I got RFE for one of the worksite where I am currently not working and location is closed. We moved to one of the other worksite from above 3 worksites.
What would be the next step whether I need to withdraw the petition or do I need to still submit the documents which are related to OLD worksite where I am not belongs to?
If I withdraw the petition, Can I apply for extension again. If Yes can I stay in USA?
