J1 visitor exchange waiver NOC from home residency
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am J1 exchange visitor working in federal institute as postdoc for 2 years. I am applying for J1 home residency waiver from USA. I served the Indian Govt institute at Chandigarh, India for 15 years and my passport also issued from Chandigarh itself. I have all the residential proof including adhar card, voter card from Chandigarh, India. However, in the passport my birth place is Uttar Pradesh, Pilkhani, India. Please help me to share the information with regard to NOC from home state. The applicability of NOC from home residency of my place of birth Uttar Pradesh or from my serving UT state Chandigarh.
