Hello Everyone,
Please feel free to post at will. I am new to the Visa process and in doing so I'm sure I'll make mistakes along the way. My story: I married the love of my life 5 months ago after a year and a half engagement. 2 months ago I filed the I-130 petition for alien relative. My wife was deported after being detained at the border two years ago. She doesn't have any prior criminal record. Can anyone with the same experience enlighten me as to the time frame and steps required to obtain a spousal Visa? While reading over a few of the messages in the forums I have come to realize that I'm probably not the only one who is lost. Thanks in advance for all advice.
