Hi All,
I have applied H1B new petition in Nov 2015 under Cap exemption but still yet my petition is not approved. I got case ID on Dec 1st and RFE in 2nd week of Apr'16. I have responded to RFE on 24th Jun'16 and USCIS acknowledged the same on 25th Jun. from 25th Jun onward till today, it is showing the same status in USCIS website.
Anybody please share their experiences/ideas, does petition approval can take this much time.
