Can I skip the lottery process if I file a new petition with my previous petition being picked in lottery (in April 2015) but petition is rejected? Please provide any details.

If petition was never approved/revoked by USCIS , then No.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

Thank you for the reply Raghvi. Appreciate it.

Current status of case is 'Decision Notice emailed' (since Aug 15), that's it, no further updates. So, per your opinion, I still need to undergo the Lottery process if I apply this year, correct?

How can revoking done, any action required from our end, or USCIS take that action automatically? Please reply or suggest.
