Hi,
I graduated in December 2015 and currently on my initial OPT from Feb 2016. I need to apply for the OPT extension where my initial OPT is expiring in Feb 2017
Now, I am working full time for a company on my OPT. My company is not enrolled in E-Verify when I joined them, i.e 6 months ago. But they have agreed to enroll the company for e-verify and got the e-verify number for the company, but when my company was trying to enroll me for the e-verify, it says that
"Information cannot be submitted to E-Verify about employees currently working at the time that use of the system begins."
So I have a doubt if my company's e-verify number is enough for me for the OPT extension or should I also be enrolled in the e-verify?
Please help me, any help is greatly appreciated.
