Am I able to get my brother children to USA because both my brother and his wife died and only kids left. I'm a US citizen

YOu cannot petition niece or nephew yourself.

If their parents had petitioned them, and the Priority Date was current before their parents died, you can apply to be a substitute relative sponsor.
