Hello everyone
Just wondering if someone could assist me. So I submitted the required fee to NVC. I received a case no. with an instruction to fill DS-260 form online. It also recommended checking the NVC website to find out exactly what documents are required for further processing. So I filled out DS-260 online a while back and even received the conformation email.
My question is when NVC sends the checklist for the required documents? I have all my documents ready (Tax returns, employment letter etc) but I am not sure when to send them as a friend of mine told me that I will have to wait till NVC send me the checklist of the required documents and if I submit my docs before the checklist is received, those documents will be discarded. Another person told me that I will have to submit the documents and then NVC will send me the checklist. I am really confused.
