Hi im entering in usa as a k1 visa, i arrived in usa on august then i get married on september.. after i get married on september i submit my requirements to uscis for my changes status... the usics mail me last week they get my mail then they give me reciept for employment in us is now on process... my question is how many moths is im waiting for my unconditional visa because i am worried about my visahere in usa is good for 3 months only and my visa get expired on november... thanks

Your legal status is extended after you file the AOS pending your new conditional Green card. Meaning, you're okay until you receive your GC. It may take several months.--Good luck--
