Due to circumstances (we are tight on money), my husband has not been able to travel to come visit me while our application of IR-1 is processing. I understand that the IR-1 has no visitation quota like the K1 does. We talk everyday and go on calls for hours. He also sends me money every month which i keep all the receipts for. My interview is very soon. I am worried that the consular officer will deny a visa because me an my and husband havent seen each other for 2.5 years. Will this difference of not seeing each other affect an approval?
