My brother has applied for my immigration ( alien relative). It will take more than 10-12 years for us to get US immigration.
I had recently been rejected B1/B2 for attending a congress.
My question is should i not againa pply for any type of US visa ( JI, B1/B2) as i have already applied for immigration? i am a planning to go for higher studies?
Secondly if my husband goes to US on visa for job from his company can i go with him keeping in mind that i have already applied for immigration?
