I currently have a H4+EAD on my Indian passport valid for another 2 years.
I will be getting my new Singaporean passport shortly on changing citizenship. My old Indian passport will be marked as cancelled and returned to me.
Do I need to go through the process of applying for H4 visa for my new passport again from start?
