Hi,
My husband filed for his i-485 on September 16, 2016.
We got married on September 28, 2016. I'm on H1B visa here in the US.
I have not filed my i-485 yet.
I have the following question:
1) Since we got married post his filing on i485, can I join him ?
2) If yes to question 1, what if his i485 gets approved even before my filing happens? Can I still join him and get my GC?
I'm hearing many views on this issue but if someone can clarify this matter, that will be great.
