    Question VFS System Problem

    I am getting the followjng msg while trying to reshedule or retreive existing appointment.

    A. Are you entering details of fee receipt issued in your name?
    B. Select ‘Exit’ button and contact our help line for further information.


    Please let me know if anybody else is getting the same msg.
    I am not even able to cancel the appointment to take a new one.

    Default yes

    Yes, i have seent his message. If you are enetering a name is not correct when you filled the form, like spaces between name or space between passport#. try different options.
