Late I-765, Joining date as per OPT Start date. Not received EAD, might lose job

My application of I-765 reached Dallas office on September 19, 2016.The start date of my OPT is October 29, 2016 and employer wants me to joins on or before November 07, 2016. I will receive my EAD by mid of December but Employer cannot wait till then, and will rescind the job offer letter. I requested for expediting my Case on October 19 on severe financial loss to individual and got rejected. Is there any thing I can do in this situation? Thanks!!
