DS-160 Mistake After Interview

Hi

I ve just realized I might made a mistake in my DS-160 application form after doing the interview. I am currently under administrative processing. Should I call the embassy and try to correct it? What should i do? It is already 1 month after the interview and I am still under AP. Please help.

There is a question saying if ever someone has filed for you an immigration petition before? I was engaged before to a US citizen and she filed a I-129F finacee visa petition but we withdrew it after our break up before it was approved. I read this petition is a non-immigrant visa so I ticked in the box NO. Now I am getting worried that that is not the right answer.
