Hi,
Our immigrant visas have been issued today and now awaiting the passports and documents. I am the principal beneficiary. My husband has an urgent business appointment in the US in 10 days time. He travels to the US frequently.
Now that his passport has been stamped, can he enter the US with his existing ESTA for this meeting and return back? We will all travel together later as a family using the immigrant visas issued.
Appreciate some advice.
