My H1B is expiring on Dec 23, 2016 and my extension has been filed and is in processing. However, looks like it will take 4-6 months to get the status. My wife is currently in India and she had a H4 with me and has visited USA once. Will she have issues if I apply for B2 visa after Dec 23, 2016?
