    Hello Everyone,

Any insights on my case would be really helpful. My

    Sep 13th 2016 : Company-A I-94 expired on
    May 13th,2016 : Company-B H1B Extension file on
    Aug 15th,2016 : RFE on
    Sep 27th,2016 : RFE Respond
    Oct 17th,2016 : Second RFE

    RFE not Reply yet.

What are my options to stay in status?

    1. I applied my wife's h4 extension (I-539) but now I am planning to apply Change of Status for my wife from H4 to f1.
    If
My H1b Extension is Denied Then Can I transfer to F2(dependent)?

2.If My H1b Extension is Denied and Spouse h4 to f1 Change of Status is denied ? Should we leave the country or we can
apply for anything else for change of status

    3. MY h1b Approved and my employer don't run paystubs?

Any information will be very helpful. Thank You

You should not have left A without first getting B's H1 petition approved.

    1. Once I-94 expires then its not possible to file a COS. Your best bet is securing H1 approval.
    2. You should leave.
    3. Thats illegal.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
