I'm completing my DS160 to renew my visa J1
However, I can't understand this question:
"Are you applying in the same country or location where the visa above was issued, and is this country or location your place of principal of residence?"
Do I should answer Yes or No?
I'm living currently in US but I'm french. I'm going back in France next years for a couple of days to renew my visa.
My current visa is issued from France (US embassy in Paris)
What does it mean "principal of residence"? France or US?
