Visa J1 in Canada for third country foreigners

Hello,

I'm looking for some information about the visa application for third country foreigner in Canada.

I'm already applied for a visa at the Embassy in my country. However, it will be easier for me to apply in Canada instead to go back in my country.

Let me know if you have any experience with that
