My fiance was just granted his visa! (today!)
Our original plan was for me to go see him in Senegal in February when work dies down. Then I could meet his parents (important) then come back together. This would be after Trump's inauguration.
Senegal is a Muslim country so I'm wondering if I should have my fiance come before Jan. 20 or not. Could Trump do something like freeze Muslim migration to the US with the first weeks? That seems crazy but then again Trump's unpredictable.
I'd really like to continue with our February plan but if it's a real risk I'd have my fiance come ASAP...
