Hello,
I am going to India after 7 years for H1 stamping. For first 2 years in US, I was working as consultant. It took 2.5months to get my first project after landing in US on H1. So I didnt get paid for that 2.5 month. So my offer letter salary doesn't match W2 of first year. From last 6 years I am working as full time with reputed US company with all proper paper work. Is there any chance I may get ref or H1 denial due to unpaid time? I have 140 approved from previous employer. Please suggest
