Reentry permit

Dears,

I have been outside of the US since Dec 2014 (almost 2 years!!!) but I obtained a reentry permit/travel document valid until Feb 2017.

Could anyone guide me whether i should be coming back to US before Dec 2016 or Feb 2017?

US Tax returns, when out of US for nearly 2 years on Re-Entry Permit.

You should get back to US by Feb 2017.

I am in a similar situation, where my re-entry permit is upto 7th Jan 2017.

Would there be any queries in POE, when i travel end of this December?

I have NOT filed any US Tax returns, as I did NOT have any income in US or even in India.Will this be an issue?

Please advise.
