Hi, I have my EAD which is valid till 1st March 2017 but my i-94 is valid till 2019 March. My husband's (L1) I94 is also till March 2019. But his contract end date in his company (Petition end date - I129S) is until March 2017. I guess my EAD end date must have been given based on the petition end date.
I need to renew my EAD as soon as possible. So we are intending to visit Mexico (Third national) to get the contract date updated on L1. Does this require L2 candidate to also visit Mexico and does it require stamping again on L2 (Passport) to renew my EAD? (Note: L2 passport has PET - Petition end date mentioned on its visa)
Can someone please help? Its urgent for me to apply for EAD renewal.
