Hello,
My husband is moving inter company on a L! visa to Houston and his L1 petition has been accepted.
During the petition my husband completed a form from his lawyers and under criminal record he left it blank.
My husband back in his teen years was arrested a couple of times for basically being a naughty youth! He was never convicted for any of the arrests and released almost immediately. His fingerprints were took though.
He is in process of filling out his Ds-160 form. Should he declare these arrests? He can't remember much info on them and has requested a police report.
Will this effect his application?
