Hi all,
I have my OPT Extension pending with USCSIS (received I-797 on 18th November). I applied to OPT extension through company A which is a consulting firm. I worked for Company B through Company A.Now Company B wants to hire me full-time now. I requested them to wait till my OPT Extension is approved, but they are not willing to wait. I am in a situation where I cannot leave the Company B opportunity.
Q) Is there any way I can report the job later after my OPT extension gets approved? My Company A will be running my payroll till then even if I get employed through Employer B. I do not want to report changes as I do not want to create any RFE's while my OPT Extension is pending.
Q)How does USCSIS know if I am employed to Company B if I do not report it now, I will report it once my OPT extension is approved.
Both Employer A and Employer B are E-Verified.
