Error Message Trying to Access Already Started DS 260

Does anyone know if an error message will follow if the DS 260 was not completed, yet updated on 2 different computers. Is there a lock on the access if too many attempts are made? I got an error message of a server error in /IVApp application. Does anyone know what this means? Also, I copied the name in native alphabet from a translation. Could this have caused a problem. Please help. I don't know why I can't access the application anymore. And now what do I do?

I'm getting the exact same error. I am on PC and get the same exact error with Chrome and Edge. It appears to be a programming error on the server side, I don't think there's anything I can do to fix this. Man, this application is hard enough as is, and this error isn't helping. Anyone have any thoughts?

I tried 1 day later and it opened again. It was definitely something on the government server side. Now I can resume this long application :-)
