Hello everyone,
I am in US on L1B visa since Dec 2014, my visa end date is Dec 2019 and my petition and I94 end dates are Nov 2017. Since my daughter's passport was valid until Jan 2017, she got the I94 valid until Jan 2017. I got her (INDIAN) passport renewed, please let me know the procedures to extend her I94. I know the one solution is go out of country and come back, but I dont have plans to go out of country(as the least option).
