Hey guys, I get married from a US citizen and get back to my country before
i get the greencard and my K1 visa is expired, how should I apply to get back to America ?

Your new husband has to petition you as a spouse. Expect the process to take about 10 months.

Your option is to file for a spousal visa. Or perhaps you can plead your case to the US Embassy if they will possibly allow you an extension of your K-1 visa to re-enter the US. But I don't think that'll happen either because technically you're married now and the K-1 doesn't apply anymore. Try to contact the US Embassy to get their feedback.
