In US for 10 years, I140 cleared, now in India, H1b expired, like to goback to US

Dear Sir,

I am Harsha and was in US from 2004 to 2014, back to India due to personal commitments. I am working in INDA for one of the OEMs in Automotive.
I was on valid H1B visa, which got expired on Aug 2016. During my tenure, When I was in US, I got cleared I 140.

Now I would like to be back to USA.

Please suggest me, can I revoke my H1B on my I 140?
In such case, my H1B falls into regular quota of 65k?
Or
Please suggest me the process.
