  • What to do if I sent in an I-131 form with incomplete evidence? Please help

i had sent in my i131 form along with a check for the application fee, but I stupidly forgot to attach any of my photo ID (including my permanent residence card) copies. Is it okay to mail a new application with everything attached?

Please give me suggestions, I really appreciate any help.

    Ranzhao,

You mailed an I-131? That is a travel document for people that are currently processing. If you have a green card, you do not need an I-131. You can travel with your GC.

      Similar situation here...

I also forgot to attach my GC photocopy or whatsoever.
I was advised via customer service line to write a letter with the attachment (gc photocopy) and I did so.
Do you think they keep processing? Or will I be rejected?

By the way I applied for reentry permit because I will be out of the country for more than a year.

      Thanks!
