Plz help me, my green card n reentry permit lost . That's why i m notgo back to usa. And its 2 years n 3 months outside usa..what is the procedure to go back??? Should i apply for travel document..???? Plz give me answer..if anybody....

If you have been out of the U.S. more than 2 years, you are considered to have abandoned your Green Card status and it is considered cancelled. You can try to return to the U.S., and you might be allowed back in, then adjudicated at an immigration hearing, or you might be rejected and returned to your home country.
Loss of your GreenCard and Reentry Permit have nothing to do with your exceeding the allowable time outside the U.S.
