Entry on I551 stamp

Spouse Greencard was stolen via purse robbery, she applied for I90 6 months ago. However they told her it could take 9 months. She went to an infopass appointment and told them she needs to visit a relative abroad, they gave her an I551 stamp valid for one year.

Upon return what should she have with her? Will she end up in secondary? She has her stamp, I90 receipt copy and copy of greenvsrd.

The stamp acts as a "Green Card" per se. She would only need to show her passport. She will be just fine.
