Hi,
May I walk into an ASC office in my city and show them my receipt of action for an i-131 re-entry permit and get fingerprints done as a walk-in?
I do not have an appointment date yet, so will they for sure reject me?
Processing application still in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Expedited request put in.
The customer service rep shows they are still processing applications from July 2016, as in 5 months behind. On the website it says it typically takes 4-6 weeks only.
What are my options?
