question about unconvential employment

hi! so i am starting the K4 visa for my husband and i'm wondering how much they question your employment. i'm self-employed and an entrepreneur i guess you could say. i do some personal assistant work, pet-sitting, modeling, etc, and i also get random work here and there such as a server at parties... anyway my income is pretty much all cash and informal and undocumented, but i pay my taxes on my income so it's verified in that way. my question is how much are they going to ask about my random odd jobs? or do they really not care? just because like i said most of my work is informal and random so i hope they don't want too much info since that would be difficult for me to gather.

any advice from someone who has gone through the process would be greatly appreciated. thank you!

First, K4 is for a child of a K3, and K3 is obsolete. He would be getting a CR-1/IR-1 immigrant visa instead.

When you complete the I-864, you will say you're self-employed, and they will decide based on the income from your last tax return.
