Hello,
Can you please help me to answer these questions.
My company is planning to apply for L1B to L1A conversation, As my L1B will be expire in July So they are planning to apply for conversation in Feb.
1. How long will it take to complete the process ?
2. Do i need to travel outside of US to have this completed or can be done within US?
3. if with in US, After its approved to L1A can i travel international ? if Yes do i need to re visit consulate for new stamping and appear for visa interview as new or just simple stamping process ?
