H1b VISA revoked but have approved H1b Trasfer. Can we go for stamping again ?
Hello,
I am in a weird situation.
- Was working on H1B from employer 'A' from 12 months.
- 6 months back I have moved to a new location for work and my employer not filed my amendment.
- Due to some family emergency I have traveled to India.
- Revoked my VISA in port of entry for not able to provide amendment for current working location and sent back to India.
- But few months back I have got new offer from emplyer 'B' and my H1B transfer was in process. And I got approval on my petition before my Visa revoked.
In this situation, can I go for new H1B stamping on my approved petition for employer B ? If yes, what are the precaution need to take before interview.
