I am terminated today - 17th Jan 2017 and I am sure my present company (a start up where I worked full time) would revoke my h1b visa in the next few days. I know I may not get a job in the next two weeks. According to the new rule by USCIS (starting 17th Jan 2017) where we can get upto 60 days to get another employment - do you think I can transfer my H1 without any problem even after my H1 gets revoked and I get out of status? I appreciate good feedback. It's URGENT!!

h1b revoke
in 2016 i was in same situation. my current company revoke my h1b and after 2 weeks i start transferring to some company , so my LCA filed after 2 weeks
and it was in regular process , then i applied for premium process and i got approve.
as per my employer USCIS doesnt revoke till 45 days once your employer send it to uscis,i got approve before this new rule came , so you should be fine.
just dont delay too much and start working so u should have your paystub.
hope this helps.
